How do decisions happen?
Every decision starts with a proposal, and follows this path:
A member of a working group or a committee makes a proposal. Proposals can also be submitted to the general inquiries email address, or to a meeting, if you aren't confident in doing this via this site yourself for any reason.
The proposal has its own page where people can comment on it or vote in favour of discussing it at a meeting.
If it receives quorum, then it will be discussed at a meeting, and a ballot will be held determining whether to adopt the proposal. Each member gets one vote each.
If the membership votes yes, the proposal is adopted.
If it is a simple proposal which necessitates a complex outcome, then it becomes a participatory process & the idea is developed by those interested in doing so.
