Committees are a bit like working groups, but their members will be elected. The first committee we'll have is an exception to that - the Action Committee's first "version" will be a provisional committee formed of willing volunteers. After Party Conference, that committee will carry out the work necessary to conduct an election of the first full Action Committee.

By then, we'll probably have more formal, central rules and guidance, too. We're very adhoc right now!
